Pet Taxi
The Pet Taxi Service is to help get your Pet(s) from Point A to Point B. We pick up your Dog from your home and bring them to a Location of your choosing or vise versa. Rates for Taxi Services are based on Distance and Travel Time. Feel free to reach out for a Quote!!!
A Quick Trip
Starting at $35
+ $5 Per Dog after two.

We pick up your Dog or Dogs from your home and bring them to the nearest park of your choice. Then they get to explore their new surroundings as we walk for 20 mins. Then we bring them home worn out!
Great for hotter months when concrete can be too how for paws!

-note an additional mileage charge may be applied if the destination of the walk is more than a mile from your residence.-

Starting at $90
+ $5 Per Dog after two.

2 hours of socialization and exercise at a destination of your choice. pickup and drop off included.

20 Min Drop In

A 20min visit, drop ins are fully customizable to meet your dogs needs. Whether we are staying in the yard or just going a few houses down and back. Drop ins are perfect for when you are having a busier than normal day or when your dog needs to take medicine midday.
Almost Overnight
Starting at $100
+$5 if more than two dogs.

2 hours of quality time around bedtime and an hour the following morning. Additional time may be booked as drop ins.
Overnight Stay
Starting at $150
+ $5 Per Dog after two.

Sitter stays in your home, Treating your pets like our own family, from bedtime until breakfast (8+ hours). Additional time may be booked as drop ins.
Live in Pet Sitting
Starting at $250
+$5 after two dogs

Sitter lives in your home as if it were there own. Your pets will be treated as family and never be alone longer than 4 hours at a time. This premium service is booked in 24 hour periods. +$5 if more than two dogs.

What is your Service Area?
We are currently providing services to neighbourhoods in Effingham, Teutopolis, and the Lake Sara area.
Are you Insured?
We are a Bonded & Insured by Pet Sitters Associates. Ask about more our coverage in your meet and greet.
How long will it take to be contacted?
Mon-Friday we reach out the within the day or next business day at the latest. Sat-Sunday we attempt to contact prospective clients but may not reach out until monday morning.
Do you have plans in the case of an emergency?
Your Dogs health and safety is of top importance to us! We carry a first aid kit in our vehicle and are Pet First Aid and CPR Certified. We also formulate a plan individual to your family through information provide by you in our Service Agreement and Veterinary Release forms. Based on this information we will work with you in your meet and greet to make sure we have a plan that meets the needs of your situation. Should anything happen to You or your Dog while under our care you can rest assured it will be handled like you are family.
How are my keys kept safe?
We take the safety of your Family and Property very seriously. All keys are kept in a locked key safe when not in use. keys are labeled with no personal info that could link them to your home without access to our Apps Employee portal. All passcode info and keys are only accessible through our employee portal by employees that will be providing services to your home.
How far in advance should I schedule
There is no time like the present! We do suggest scheduling a week ahead. Planning ahead as far in advanced is always encouraged to ensure you secure a spot as we fill up every day.

If you are a new client you will have to onboard and have a Meet & Greet before first service. If that is the case we recommend at least 3 days to a week, minimum, before you are needing a service.
How do i schedule a Service and pay an Invoice?
We use a software called "Time to Pet" to run many of our Adminstarive tasks.
You can request and pay for services, instant message with our team, and update your records all on the Time to Pet Client Portal or Mobile app!
Please specify the desired time in the notes of your request and please remember we operate on a two hour window (one hour on either side of your desired time).
What is your Cancellation Policy?
From our Client Service Agreement: Cancellations can be made in the Time to Pet Customer Portal.

Grateful Dog Walks reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled visits for services canceled within less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service and a fee of 50% if within less than 5 business days prior.

Cancellations during holiday seasons / weeks need to be canceled within 10 business days prior to scheduled service. A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled visits for services canceled within less than 10 business days prior to the scheduled service during holiday seasons / weeks.
